EmpireMoo ("we", "us") runs empiremoo.co.uk. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and never without asking.

Who we are

EmpireMoo is a private web agency based in the United Kingdom. For anything related to your data, contact us at hello@empiremoo.co.uk.

What we collect

• Email enquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply and discuss your project.
• Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept cookies on our site, we load Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, rough location, device type. If you decline, nothing is loaded and nothing is tracked. See our cookie policy.

We do not run advertising, sell data, or share your information with anyone except the services listed above.

Legal basis

• Consent — for analytics via Google Tag Manager. You can withdraw it at any time on the cookie policy page.
• Legitimate interest — for responding to enquiries you send us.

How long we keep data

Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or project, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings.

Third parties

• Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics (only if you consent) — see Google's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which involves your browser making a request to Google.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Email us and we'll sort it out — no forms, no fuss.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We won't quietly move the goalposts.
